Quiet Wisdom

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Quiet Wisdom (“Quiet Wisdom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our website, applications, and related services (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

Information you provide to us:

  • Account information — such as your name, email address, password, and any profile details you choose to add.
  • Birth and astrological information — such as your date, time, and place of birth, used to generate astrological readings.
  • Uploaded content — such as dream descriptions, journal entries, notes, and documents.
  • Voice and conversation data — such as recordings, transcripts, and summaries of voice conversations with AI features.
  • Payment information — processed by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
  • Communications — such as messages you send to support and your communication preferences.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data — such as features used, pages viewed, actions taken, and time spent in the Service.
  • Device and technical data — such as device type, operating system, browser, IP address, and general location derived from it.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used to operate the Service, remember preferences, and measure performance, as described in the Cookies section below.

Information from third parties:

We may receive information from payment processors, analytics providers, authentication providers, and similar services that help us operate the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating readings, interpretations, and reports.
  • Personalize your experience and power memory and personalization features.
  • Process payments, subscriptions, and credit purchases.
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, security, and support.
  • Improve, develop, and secure the Service, including troubleshooting and analytics.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate readings, interpretations, summaries, voice conversations, and similar outputs. To do this, the content and information you provide may be processed by our own systems and by third-party AI providers acting on our behalf.

Voice conversations may be transcribed, summarized, analyzed, and stored to provide the feature and to power memory and personalization. We do not use your private content to train publicly available AI models without your consent, and we contractually require our AI providers to handle your information consistent with this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, AI processing, analytics, and communications.
  • Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Quiet Wisdom, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
  • With your direction or consent — when you ask us to share information or otherwise agree to sharing.

We process personal information on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you, your consent where applicable, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where we transfer information outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
